Cannot insert/remove categories in diagrams #893

The categories (on components, functions) are not displayed in the selection wizard when tring to insert them using the "Categories" tool.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a LAB diagram
Insert 2 Logical Components
Create a Component Exchange between the 2 Logical Components
Create a category on the Component Exchange
Set the diagram in Unsynchronized mode

=> When tring to insert a category, no cateory is proposed (the one created at step 4
