Description

This is an example of how the data is seeded into the portal, taken from the portal repository.

Related to issue #167

@evegufy is not the control plane which we need to add?? writing data plane can be confusing. And also I have no clue if its really needed the "api/v1/dsp" we accept both, but I don't know about TRACE-X.
