Problem while updating extensions published on Open VSX #991

Hello,

I have few extensions published on Open VSX https://open-vsx.org/namespace/pinage404

When i try to update an extension i got this message

❌ No Eclipse profile data available for user: pinage404 See the documentation for more information: https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/wiki/Publishing-Extensions

I have an Eclipse account

I can't login, i reseted the password, but still can't login

I tried to create another account, but i get this message

The pinage404 GitHub username is already in used by Pinage404 Pin. If you own these Eclipse accounts, please remove the GitHub username from them. Otherwise, please contact webmaster@eclipse.org to resolve this conflict.

I sent an email on the address above the 2024-08-31 and i have no answer yet

How can i update the extension that i maintain ?

Hi @pinage404, this is a problem with your Eclipse account. @eclipsewebmaster can you take a look?
