Hi @vincenzodetoma,
There's a few problems with the notebooks you submitted:
height: 800px, dpi=500
. You would need to put dpi in a new line using :
as separator but it's not an option supported (allowed: ['align', 'alt', 'class', 'figclass', 'figwidth', 'height', 'name', 'scale', 'target', 'width']). I suggest removing it.loeb
, wang
, dufr
, bou
, kval
with their doi (both in the text and in the reference section). Please revise the notebook and let me know when you upload a new version.
Also, it looks like this notebook uses old versions of the forms.
I guess you are not seeing this problem in the old VM because the data is already cached, but the notebook is broken on the new VM. Are you following the latest template I made for you? https://github.com/bopen/c3s-eqc-toolbox-template/blob/main/notebooks/wp5/satellite_outgoing_radiation.ipynb
For example, the Sentinel 3A request is quite different.
Just in case it wasn't clear, this was the only notebook where some of the requests are using the old forms. You just need to revise it to make sure you are using the latest version of the requests.
Hi @malmans2, also here me and @andreastorto made some revision. Here is the notebook, I think everything should be fine now. Thanks, Vincenzo erb_long_q1.zip
Please ensure that the notebook name is correct. If you need to make any modifications (e.g., addressing the reviewer's comments), please share the new version of the notebook here, and I will provide a new permalink. Let me know once the notebook is accepted, and I will merge the PR into the main branch.
Hi @vincenzodetoma,
I've aligned the notebook with the latest template. If you look at the preview, you'll notice some minor formatting edit. If you'll need to review this notebook, please make sure to start from the latest version.
Here is the latest permalink: https://github.com/ecmwf-projects/c3s2-eqc-quality-assessment/blob/67bfadd2da955a5d2a5000639d3b2a4611cd048e/Satellite_ECVs/Atmosphere_Physics/satellite_satellite-earth-radiation-budget_climate-monitoring_q01.ipynb
You don't need to re-submit the permalink; the last one you used is still valid.
As far as I know, all notebooks now belong to separate workflows. Could you please send me the Workflow ID associated with this notebook?

Hi @malmans2, with @andreastorto we worked to finalize ERB Longwave use case 1. We therefore ask for a permalink. Thanks, Vincenzo
