Update ipython.py #55

recheck the code . and fix the 2 Bugs:

  1. the error in getting IPython InteractiveShell ,the because condition logical formula is fail。
  2. check the jupyter-lab enviorment using the get_ipython().class.name ，according to this webpage https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15411967/how-can-i-check-if-code-is-executed-in-the-ipython-notebook/39662359#39662359
  3. resort the condition logic to the last
