Review dataviz tutorial for Python 3 #175

Since I would like to begin using some of these tutorials in a monthly meetup, I thought I would begin checking the source code changes that would be needed for Python 3.

Are we going to make the previous code compatible or make it for Python 3 only?

I see twisted is not yet supported for Python 3?

At least for dataviz I can port it to 3. Because all required libraries are available in Python 3.
