[ECO-2357] Fix the chart on Petra mobile

Description

• [x] Fix the chart on Petra mobile app by adding the iframe_loading_compatibility_mode feature to the TradingView widget config.
• [x] Fix the allowlist session.ts verification logic. Essentially, we need to await the promises before returning them in a x || y context, otherwise it will always return false, but is still of type Promise<boolean> (which is why the linter didn't catch the issue with the return type)
