Description

This PR updates the chart error message, and prevents showing the error message while loading the chart.

Yes, I show loading for the first 3.5 seconds. Then the error message. If the chart hasn't loaded after 3.5 seconds, there's most probably an error. Not sure how to actually know the status of the chart otherwise.
