Threat Actor Scenario Execution - Emulating bank card and making a purchase using nfc

The flipper zero can read and emulate cards, its not supposed to be able to emulate bank cards. I want to test to confirm if this is the case or not. https://docs.flipperzero.one/nfc/read

Execution includes trying to emulate my cash app card and pay for something at one of the nfc enabled vending machines on campus/dorm building.
