update api key for pubmed #20

updated on the server, on C:\Users\ecrinadmin\source\repos\MDR_Downloader\appsettings.json

did not rebuild yet.

change in production. download appears to work fine (see logs). error in the coder though (see https://github.com/ecrin-github/MDR_Coder/issues/2 and https://github.com/ecrin-github/MDR_Coder/issues/1), to check
