changes to mdr-bbmri links #56

vittorio found a few problems with the studies holding biosample info

BTW I also found out some issues with broken MDR links. For example the study 2541233 is not accessible neither with the direct link https://newmdr.ecrin.org/Study/2541233 or using the API https://newmdr.ecrin.org/api/Study/AllDetails/2541233 On the other hand, it can be found searching by the identifier of the registry id 2021-001072-41 and with the API https://newmdr.ecrin.org/api/Study/2541233 I found this issue with the following studies:

MDR ID Study Identifier 2541233 2021-001072-41 2541230 2021-001054-57 2537617 2017-004737-85 2541424 2021-002327-38 2541631 2021-005051-37

Finally, I noticed 3 studies ids different than the ones provided in the mappings that Steve sent me last year: Study identifier Old MDR ID Current MDR ID 2015-001969-49 2534505 2194248 2016-002493-13 2535931 2218099 2007-006064-30 2523401 2055421

Is it possible that the MDR has changed?
