Update entity views #60

This branch was created from one of the last dotnet5 commits (v1.8.0) as I'm still targeting the .NET 5 framework.

Update entity views. Update submit and cancel elements in view forms to make more uniform for possible future language translations. Add CSS styling to view forms.
