Donate Now button does not link to Salsa #29

This can be configured though the admin interface. Similar to how it is in Issue #23 and it have been updated

On the current site the "donate" info actually goes to the /donate page, but I kind of like the immediacy of going directly to the salsa page when they click donate now.

Is that where is supposed to link to? I know there were some rules regarding the process a user needs to go through before landing on the donation page.

Let me know and I'll make that button link wherever we need it to - but if it needs to point to an internal donation page first, then we'll need to setup a Page to do that with link in the content.

Checked with client and adjusted link as appropriate. Needs to link to site (/donate) before going to salsa. There are links on the /donate page to send users to salsa.
