Cookbook doesn't work on Amazon Linux #373

Excluded Amazon Linux from using systemctl since they haven't upgraded to systemd but their version number doesn't match standard RHEL versioning

I noticed that this is marked as failed however it was the 1.9.3 branch that failed and it looks like it's failing across the board because the new Chef libraries require Ruby 2+ #374
