feat(rpc): Test and document new top-level question attributes from LimeSurvey 6.6.4

Summary

This was introduced by https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/commit/c8df4cb38cf6f824f92f080a61197d203a57e517, and will be available starting with LimeSurvey 6.6.4.
