Write guide to loading and debugging actual data #110

When working on the differ (especially the HTML diff), it’s nice to be able to use the whole stack so you can preview results in UI. I realize a lot of other people aren’t doing this, and that might be because the overall process is broken up across three separate apps and uses a little known script in web-monitoring-db: rake copy_page. I should write a brief guide to doing this.
