Backfill all Versionista diff data from 2018-01-10T03:30:00Z to 2018-01-16T18:00:00Z #88

All our data is missing diff hashes for this period due to a change in Versionista I missed. Need to backfill all of this ASAP.

Note this needs to wait for an even more time sensitive current scan and repair of missing versions from Versionista that is currently going on in response to a data integrity issue Kendra uncovered (#89).

Wound up flipping the order this was done in with #89 due to a number of complications on that one.
