Phase of either rs or rp is off by 180 degrees #20

Either the phase of rs or rp is off by 180 degrees (but not both!), and I'm not sure why. This is causing the ellipsometry data to have Cos(Del) inverted compared to what it should be. I suspect this is an issue in the underlying codebase, I remember somewhat arbitrarily flipping a sign in some of the test code awhile back.

rs_rp_issues There also appears to be an absolute phase offset in the ratio of rp to rs which is different than 180 degrees, and I'm not sure why this is. The above is a bare si wafer, the measured cos(Del) vs. the predicted cos(Del) from this software package, advanced by 180 degrees.
