add BlackArch install steps (I added it to BA in https://github.com/BlackArch/blackarch/pull/4059)

HI @noraj , did you uploaded the package to pacman repos? Because I'm trying to use that command but it doens't work on my machine ... let me know

Yes it works, if not yet it's because the mirror you are using is not synched yet.
