Allow disabling of rename of .pde sketch files to .ino extension on save.

What change would like to see?

It should be possible to decide whether or not .pde files in a sketch are 
automatically renamed when the sketch is saved.  (On the other hand, any new 
sketches, whether created with "new" or "save as" will automatically get the 
new extension.)  

Why?

So people who want to keep old sketches for use with pre-1.0 Arduino versions 
can (and still save changes to them).
