Remove redundant sidenote counter #123

As mentioned in #114, the counter for sidenote-counter is defined twice.

I apologize for the radio silence on the underlying issue. Have you tested before and after side-by-side with the demo document that this in fact causes no difference?

No problem @daveliepmann. I tested it and removing this rule doesn't cause any difference.
