When a user sends an URL from Telegram to IRC, not only display the URL, but also fetch some metadata from the URL: curl --tlsv1.2 -s -X GET https://tweakers.net/nieuws/116881/red-dead-redemption-2-komt-eind-2017-uit-voor-ps4-en-xbox-one.html

filter out the following tags:
