[ ] upload Greek fastText model that was produced
[ ] add instructions on how to produce/use for other languages

fastText text classification works very well for the text categories it has been trained on the Greek language (online newspapers) and the procedure to prepare models for other languages or categories is pretty straightforward, my bad for not adding the wiki page. Will try to prepare it soon!
