Missing msm8909 uefi build target. #169

Using old LK-based repo. Can't port UEFI on msm8909 without it even being implemented. @M1cha, you're the only one that probably knows how to add it correctly.

I'll have a try at it again sometime, I have a vague idea how to make it work
