The vanilla coral and coral fans can be, but not the coral from Upgrade Aquatic or BYG.

They should be able to be produced in the Phytogenic Insulator as well. If anyone else knows how to do it, the UA and BYG corals could also be used to make Create's Tree Fertilizer.

The alternative would be to just... not do it, but I feel like the corals should be consistent.
Additional context
Some of the other corals can be crushed into pink sand, maybe make that a feature for some of the other corals, too?
