Create Mixing Fluix Crystals is Kinda Broken

Describe the bug

The mixing recipe for fluix crystals takes either certus quartz or charged certus, while the original fluix crystal recipe from AE only takes charged certus.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Look it up in JEI

Expected behavior

It shouldn't be forge tagged as certus, it should be tagged as charged certus.

Additional context

If you don't want to do this, just promise that you'll only use charged certus, because i'm pretty sure nobody else is going to use create.

Oh, and also Fluix Crystal crafting normally is completely broken, because you are throwing in EE charged certus instead of AE charged certus. pls fix i can't progress in ae2 pls sir

i'd recommend just making it a crafting recipe
