Pure Certus Quartz has very few uses. The same goes with Pure Nether Quartz and Pure Fluix Quartz.

Expected behavior
I'm 99% sure that Pure Certus Quartz is supposed to be interchangeable with regular Certus Quartz, with a few exceptions. Those being the four-quartz Block of Certus Quartz, and the crushing into Certus Quartz Dust. Currently, it is only used for the eight-quartz Block of Certus Quartz, and the creation of calculation processors, both of which it should be being used for. The same goes with Pure Nether Quartz and Pure Fluix Quartz.
