Add potential Watt arguemt for GetWireLoadcolor function. #10

Dear mod developer,

Recently there was a patch related to color in ONI.

Perhaps because of that, there was a change in the function related to the color of the wire.

I thought it was a simple patch.

If you don't have time to modify it, please apply this patch.

Thanks for the pull request! I incorporate this change and did some minor additional changes at the same time, so I'll close this
