Package isn't available in sublime package installer #2

Was only able to install via git.

I decided it wasn't really worth posting, as I was already annoyed by all of the packages for building, compiling, running, etc. for CoffeeScript that cluttered up Package Control and would make more sense as fixes for the main CoffeeScript or Nodejs plugins.

I will see if this makes sense in the existing Nodejs or CoffeeScript packages and will either send a pull request or submit my own package.
