I'd like to add, I don't know yet how, that we condem any form of ignoring contributors, passively or actively. If someone contributes in any form, we should be responsive as much as possible.

We can add in the paragraph about our responsibilities something like "it is our responsibility to respond to all contributors as quickly as possible, in a thoughtful manner and with a view to promoting a healthy environment among all"
