Add the possibility to specify VLAN ID

Add the possibility to specify a VLAN ID when creating admin and app networks.

Before merging be aware to :

• [x] add following variables to environments: APP_VLAN_ID APP_VLAN_IP_START APP_VLAN_IP_END ADMIN_VLAN_ID ADMIN_VLAN_IP_START ADMIN_VLAN_IP_END

• [ ] remove the following variables:

  • APP_VLAN_GATEWAY
  • APP_VLAN_DNS
  • ADMIN_VLAN_GATEWAY
  • ADMIN_VLAN_DNS

• [ ] backup database data because the recreation of the networks will destroy the databases and the cluster
