What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm not sure if there's a correlation, but when I upgrade Adobe Shockwave
plugin in Firefox, the iReader icon in the address bar disappears.
2. This is the second time it has occurred.
3. Last time I was able to fix it by removing and re-installing the extension.
I tried it again this time, but it only provided a temporary fix. The next time
I opened the browser, it's not working again.
What is the expected output?
iReader icon in address bar

nothing there
