spring cleaning #47

I highly suggest you review this PR before merging

I went and sifted through most pages, changed things that were old and updated the site. You might want to look more specifically into it to change wording/etc, but its up to you. I also intentionally didn't touch some stuff. Anyways, changes

  1. Changed twlmenu to redirect to the page for it on the universal updater site
  2. Updated dump guide in places (might have missed some but I don't think I did)
  3. Added note about nanquitas's build for ntrplugins
  4. Added the themes guide to .cfwuses
  5. Added new browserhax page linking to the current guide
  6. Removed the mentions in .what saying that browserhax doesn't work on 11.14
  7. Removed steelhax etc from .what
  8. Added browserhax to index
  9. Changed some grammar that was bugging me
  10. Added universal updater to .what to replace luma updater

Finally, I went to all the outdated pages for methods like seedminer, dsidumper, etc. I put a note saying that those pages are outdated and you should just follow the main guide instead. If you just want to straight up remove these pages thats fine too (but I didn't want to delete anything)

I left the .troubleshooting up to you mainly because idk what is going on with that page, but also I think most crc know how to solve it and helpees dont really have trouble with nbh.

also you should probably remove tinydb from every page, because yknow its dead (i would do it but its 1:01 am and also i dont wanna mess everything up)

oh apparently its still up but do as you wish
