New Install - localhost:8080 shows Tomcat page, localhost:8080/pwm is blank - pwm folder exists

Hi All,

I've installed a new instance of PWM however I've run into a problem. 
http://localhost:8080/pwm shows nothing but a blank page. http://localhost:8080 
displays the default Tomcat page. Dropping the pwm.war file into the Webapps 
dir successfully created the /pwm folder.

I'm at a loss of what to check. Any suggestions?

I guess you're on Tomcat 8 and/or Java 8. The options are to downgrade to 
Tomcat 7 (and possibly Java 7), or to try a nightly build.

Next time, please ask this type of questions on the forums. The issue list is 
for real bugs.

Thanks, and sorry for wasting your time. I thought this was the developers 
forums. I also didn't see any notation in the official documentation that 
Tomcat and Java 8 are not supported.
