[Bug]: r config file incorrectly specificed in config template #176

What happened?

RCONFIG variable needs config.r at the end of the file path in config.example.r

How can the bug be reproduced?

Do you mean that you want this line in config.example.txt:

export RCONFIG=/path/to/Rconfig

to read:

export RCONFIG=/path/to/config.r

instead?
