Hello, I am asking you how to block so that players cannot use lines on other players 'plots, and how to block players on other players' plots from using buckets of water to collect fish (e.g. axolotl, pufferfish, etc.)

If it needs to be set in the plugin's source code, would it be possible to ask you to update it because I can't edit the source code and I don't know how to do it.

xGlenor I have a request, could you please compile this source code with this change of yours into a jar file as I tried to do it myself and unfortunately failed
