add option to prune CRAB duplicates from EOS and Disk file listings #195

Pretty annoying to be bitten by CRAB duplicates at this point in the game. Wasn't an issue for me before FNAL storage migrated from dCache to EOS, and then I didn't notice because I had static file lists. Regenerated those recently, and it got me.
