Need to add support for Network Information. #479

would like to have a break down based on NW e.g 3G, 4G ,Wifi etc https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Network_Information_API

We should investigate exposing an api for users to be able to capture this,(or document addLable and user timings)
