Remove unnecessary code tag in POSTINSTALL.md #40

Probably from copy/pasting from the previous occurrence but having the code wrapped inside a code tag might be unintentional. Plus, it looked weird in the extension viewer: https://console.firebase.google.com/project/<project-id>/extensions/instances/firestore-elastic-app-search?tab=usage
