[Synthetics] Support Adding Processors #4420

I would be nice to be able to specify processors for synthetics. It is one of the few integrations which still doesn't support setting processors and currently blocks some use cases.

Use Cases

Set additional fields. If I want to add additional fields/metadata to a monitor, today I can't.
