(Accessibility) No contrast between text & foreground in Search Profiler #195106

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use the Dark Mode in Kibana
  2. Profile a query under Dev Tools -> Search Profiler
  3. Note many of the badges appearing to be white text on a slightly off-white background. create_weight appears black as the text is highlighted to demonstrate there is, in fact, text present.
