[Automatic Import] End-To-End Smoke tests for Automatic Import functionality

https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/193470 introduces a baseline for running smoke tests for GenAI based workflows. The scope of https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/193470 includes :

• To expose connector credentials / api keys for our supported model providers that can be utilized during FTR runs on the CI
• To add a set of trigger rules so that LLM features test suite are only run when specific parts of the code change

This issue is being tracked to have a specific FTR suite for End-To-End / Integration testing with real LLM resoures for Automatic Import. The goal of this issue is to have a functional suite running locally.

The Automation cadence and trigger criteria are out of scope for this issue.
