[APM] Update 'APM' to 'Applications' in Platform nav and Kibana Search #200200

Description

There are two places where 'Applications' are still showing as 'APM' in Kibana.

  1. The platform nav
  1. Kibana Search

✔️ Acceptance criteria

1. Must Have

Must be delivered in this issue in order for the release to be valuable

Name Description
APM must show as 'Applications' in the platform-level side nav -
APM must show as 'Applications' in the kibana search Users must search for 'Applications' (although if we can return the result if someone searches for 'APM' too that would be desirable

4. Will Not Have (for now)

Explicitly will not be looked at within this issue
