[Infra] Show all alerts in any infra entity detail for consistency with entity inventory

Describe the feature:

Now that we display alerts in the new entity inventory, we want to provide a consistent alert experience.

In any infra entity detail, we want to show all detected alerts (just like in the entity inventory), not just the ones detected by infra.

Here, we can see a clear case where alerts are shown in the inventory but not in the detail:
