Update dates in newsfeed UI #51292

Today we show the publish_on date from the news feed. This probably isn't necessary to show, or at least in that granular of format.

@snide suggested we show month, that works for me. What do you think @tsullivan @YulNaumenko? Any preference?

how about we show how long ago it was published? - e.g. 1 month ago, just now, 5 hours ago? There is a library that does human-readable timestamps

Although either the date or how long ago published will work on the newsfeed, I think the dates are easier to understand, especially if scrolling through older posts. As a point of reference, the Elastic blogs page uses dates, as does Slack in their What's new section.
