Describe the bug

The menu makes it hard to select for the right regulations. Let's group them as follows:

• GDPR (these are generic and cannot really be grouped)
• ISO 27001 (these are generic and cannot really be grouped)
• Healthcare: MDR (EU), HSLF 2016:40 (SE), HIPPA (US)
• Public sector: MSBFS 2020:7 (SE)
• NIS2 / Critical entities: KRITIS (DE), BSI IT-Grundschutz (DE), MSBFS XXXX:YY
