RSS widget 'Send a notice on read failure' setting not saving #112

Describe the bug When you check the box for 'Send a notice on read failure' it doesn't actually save.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the room
  2. Go to widgets
  3. Go to RSS integration
  4. Tick the box for 'Send a notice on read failure'
  5. Click save
  6. Go back and check and see that the setting has not been enabled.

Expected behavior The 'Send a notice on read failure' setting should be enabled.
