Sync failed because of Error: Unknown Fragment id 10 #43

after catchup sync on Android device after opening the app. This was right after upgrading to 0.0.21, with having synced this session only a few minutes before with 0.0.20

Matthew hit this (fragment id 1) as well on iOS (0.1.15) on room "Element Web/Desktop", after hitting #133 which might be or not be related.

This seems fairly easy to reproduce on desktop when trying to open a (e2ee?) room while the catchup sync is ongoing.

So to repro probably best to use a version prior to when 248 was fixed, as I haven't seen this recently at all
