stickers always animate on iOS but only on hover on web #284

On Mobile: Images: Non-animated thumbnail in timeline, on tap opens fullscreen and animates Stickers: Animated in timeline, nothing happens on tap

On web: Images: Non-animated in timeline, animate on hover, open animated in lightbox on click Sticker: Non animated in timeline, animate on hover, nothing happens on click

This seems inconsistent between mobile & web for no reason. I suspect they might have always animated on web but this regressed at some point?
