TUI apps build with notcurses library refuse to work in far2l VT #2353

To reproduce try this in far2l's VT (and in GNOME VT for reference):

sudo apt install notcurses-bin
notcurses-input

Зависание пофиксил но теперь notcurses-input вылетает с ассертом при нажатии контроа альта и тп. Это лучше пусть дофиксит тот кто поддержку kitty делал :)
